Shipping and Handling Charges

TruWell shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax (if applicable) as noted below:

All shipments will be sent via UPS ground and delivered to our customers with in 30 days of the order date. For shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally, please contact our ordering process center at 1-866-TRUWELL (878-9355) for additional charges and delivery details. If TruWell product is shipped out of the United States that was originally shipped to a customer in the United States, TruWell will not assume responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries outside the United States. For International customers, TruWell will not assume responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for that country.

There are no additional shipping charges for items on back-order, which ship subsequent to your initial shipment.

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to 20% restocking fee.

Payment Methods

TruWell accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders. We will accept the mentioned methods of payment via telephone, fax, mail or online.

To order by mail or fax:

1. Click "Quick Order" on the navigation bar on the home page.
   
   
2. Fill out the order form page completely with the number of products you would like to order.
   
   
3. Before printing the order form, please verify the shipping and handling charges along with the sales tax (if applicable) which will automatically be calculated for you.
   
   
4. If you choose to fax your order form please verify your credit card number and expiration date has been included on the form before faxing to 866-545-0303 (This is a secure phone line and your order forms will only be seen by TruWell authorized personnel).
   
   
5. If you choose to order by mail, please include your order form with credit card information or include payment in the form of a money order or check for the full amount including shipping and handling and sales tax (if applicable) and make payable to TruWell Health and Wellness Products and mail to the following:

Please make sure your shipping address is complete. Also, please include your email address and phone number so that our customer service representative can keep you informed of your order status. Orders with incorrect amounts, failure to include shipping and handling charges and/or applicable sales tax will not be processed.

Pricing Policy

TruWell reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. All of the TruWell products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of shipment of merchandise, except as expressly stated below.

TruWell Return Policy

If a product you order arrives damaged or defective we will exchange it at no cost. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion to us within 30 days from the date of shipment and we will refund the cost of the product ordered minus the shipping and handling charges.

Before returning any products, you must first contact our Customer Service department within the 30-day period from when the product was shipped for a Return Authorization Number. Send your request via email to customerservice@truwell.net or call our Customer Service number toll free at 866-878-9355 during the hours of 8:30AM to 6PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our offices will be closed on weekends and all national holidays.

Return Procedures

1. When you contact TruWell via email or by phone for your RA # you will also be given the correct return address to ship back your product.
   
   
2. Please include the original packing slip with the unused portion of the product.
   
   
3. Please write the RA # on the return shipping label and on the outside of the box. Also, include your daytime phone number and email address somewhere in the box, preferably on the original packing slip you received from TruWell.
   
   
4. The RA number must appear on the shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number. The RA number is good for one item only and must match the product authorized for return.
   
   
5. Return shipping must be prepaid and must be sent via Express Mail, UPS, Federal Express, or any other delivery service which will provide you with a tracking number to confirm receipt of the merchandise returned.
   
   
6. All returned merchandise must be received within 14 days of the issuance of the RA #. Returned merchandise that arrives after the 14 day period could result complete forfeiture of a refund.
   
   
7. Any item that was originally purchased from other sources other than TruWell Health & Wellness Products, i.e. Health Food Stores, must be returned directly to that party for return authorization.

Online Security

We would like our customers to know that they can feel safe shopping online at truwell.net. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal and credit card information before it travels over the Internet during the order and checkout process. TruWell also guarantees that your online transaction will be secure, and that your credit information will be protected.

If you still choose not to use your credit card on the Internet you may call our order-processing department at 1-866-TRUWELL (878-9355) to take your order over the telephone.

Information Collection and Use:
Clickstop Inc., the parent company of TruWell.net, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, rent or loan this information to any third party.

In order to process your order efficiently we collect certain “Personal Information” when you place an order with us such as name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card number. This information is used solely by agents of Clickstop, Inc. and is stored and maintained in a secure environment.

We use your information to contact you regarding your orders, our web site, new products and special offers we think you’ll find valuable. We may occasionally include offers from partner companies that we think you might appreciate in our direct communications to you - your Personal Information is not disclosed to these parties. If you would rather not receive this information, an unsubscribe link is included in every promotional communication or you may call our customer service department toll free at 1-866-878-9355 and request to be removed from our list.

Sharing:
TruWell.net uses trusted third party partners to process credit card payments and ship orders. These companies do not share or use Personal Information for any purpose other than to process your payment or ship your order.

Security:
We take every precaution to protect our users' information. All pages on this website that collect Personal Information are secured and transmitted using a high level of encryption. You can verify our security certificate status by looking for the lock displayed on the button of your browser’s window (depending on which browser you use.) In addition, our site address will display https: indicating a secure server connection is in use. TruWell.net is committed to protecting your sensitive information.

Cookies and Data Tracking:
TruWell.net may work with third party advertising companies to display retargeted ads to prospective customers across other websites. These third parties may collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to and interaction with our website. The anonymous information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry standard technology used by most major websites. Again, no personally identifiable information is collected during this process.
